VASEL 2026 GALA DINNER – A MEMORABLE EVENING OF CONNECTION
Following a full day of scientific sessions and professional exchanges at the Vietnam Association for Surgery and Endolaparoscopic Surgery Scientific Conference 2026 (VASEL 2026), the Gala Dinner on September 17, 2026, in Hue offered a warm and memorable setting for experts, surgeons, delegates, and distinguished guests to connect beyond the conference.
Away from the formal atmosphere of scientific sessions, the Gala Dinner created an opportunity for delegates to meet, exchange stories, strengthen professional relationships, and share memorable moments in an elegant yet welcoming setting.
For the evening, BGROUP was responsible for the organization, construction, and on-site operations of the VASEL 2026 Gala Dinner, from venue setup and event branding to stage production and program coordination, contributing to a seamless and memorable experience for all participants.
VASEL 2026 Gala Dinner – Extending Connections Beyond the Conference
VASEL 2026 was a major national scientific conference dedicated to surgery and endolaparoscopic surgery, bringing together professors, medical experts, surgeons, and healthcare professionals from Vietnam and abroad.
Alongside its scientific program, the Gala Dinner offered another dimension to the conference – a space where professional exchanges continued through more personal conversations and meaningful connections.
In a welcoming and celebratory atmosphere, delegates gathered for dinner, networking, and shared moments, bringing the conference day to a memorable close.
BGROUP Creates the VASEL 2026 Gala Dinner Experience
For a Gala Dinner held as part of a large-scale scientific conference, the guest experience is shaped not only by what happens on stage, but also by every detail throughout the venue.
At the VASEL 2026 Gala Dinner, BGROUP delivered multiple event components as one cohesive experience, from the moment delegates entered the venue until the conclusion of the evening.
An Elegant and Cohesive Gala Space
The Gala Dinner venue was arranged with banquet tables positioned around a central aisle leading toward the main stage, creating a clear visual connection throughout the event space.
Warm golden tones, lighting, table settings, and decorative elements came together to create an elegant and welcoming atmosphere suitable for an evening gathering of delegates, medical experts, and distinguished guests.
Stage, Sound and Lighting as the Visual Focus
The main stage featured a large LED screen together with professional sound and lighting systems, supporting both program content and the overall atmosphere of the Gala Dinner.
The stage design continued the visual identity of VASEL 2026, maintaining consistency between the daytime conference activities and the evening celebration.
Through the combination of visuals, lighting, sound, and stage production, the space transitioned from a formal scientific conference setting into a vibrant environment for networking and celebration.
A Check-in Space to Capture the VASEL 2026 Experience
Another highlight of the event was the dedicated VASEL 2026 Gala Dinner backdrop, where delegates and guests gathered to capture memorable moments together.
Beyond its branding function, the check-in area became a natural meeting point – a place for conversations, handshakes, group photos, and shared memories from the event.
Seamless Organization and On-site Operations
A successful Gala Dinner requires the seamless coordination of multiple elements, including venue setup – stage production – technical systems – program content – guest experience – timing.
In addition to production and construction, BGROUP accompanied the event throughout the organization and on-site operation process, coordinating different components to ensure the evening proceeded according to plan.
From final venue preparations before guest arrival to stage activities and networking throughout the evening, every detail was managed with the goal of delivering a professional and consistent event experience.
More Than a Gala Dinner
A Gala Dinner is more than simply the closing activity of a conference day.
It creates an opportunity for people from the same professional community to meet beyond conference rooms, strengthen connections, and share memorable experiences together.
For the VASEL 2026 Gala Dinner, BGROUP aimed not only to create an event space, but also to deliver an experience of connection – where professional exchange continued through conversations, interactions, and shared emotions.
The Gala Dinner also formed part of BGROUP’s broader involvement in VASEL 2026, covering event organization – production – construction – setup – coordination – operations, contributing to the overall experience of this major scientific conference in Hue.
