BGROUP was honored to be entrusted by the Department of Foreign Affairs with the setup, organization, and overall coordination of the Vietnam–Japan Local Cooperation Forum 2026 — an important international event aimed at strengthening connections among local authorities, organizations, and businesses from Vietnam and Japan.

Supporting the Organization and Coordination of the Forum

As an international cooperation forum, the event required thorough preparation, a well-structured implementation process, and seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders.

As part of the program, BGROUP was responsible for key aspects of the event, including venue setup, preparation of event-related elements, overall organization, and on-site coordination, helping ensure that the Forum was delivered professionally, smoothly, and according to plan.

Each element was carefully coordinated by the BGROUP team, contributing to an appropriate and professional environment for dialogue and cooperation between Vietnam and Japan.
