A High-Profile Scientific Conference Requiring Meticulous Attention to Every Detail

The 13th Annual Hue Scientific Conference on Cancer Prevention and Control and the 1st International Workshop on Proton Therapy in Vietnam brought together leading experts, scientists, and healthcare organizations from Vietnam and abroad.

Beyond its academic and professional significance, the conference also contributed to strengthening Hue’s position as a high-quality healthcare center and a scientific hub in the region.

Given the scale and formal nature of the event, the challenge extended beyond event organization to ensuring that all communication visuals and event installation elements were implemented consistently, professionally, and on schedule.

BGroup was honored to be part of the program, responsible for printing, installation, and the completion of the event’s overall visual communication system.
